An exceptional venue for VIP operations, this yacht is owned and captained by Philippe Derain. An active participant in various associative actions, Philippe hesitated between opening a B&B in inland Provence and buying a boat "to welcome people and help them live something different." When he discovered "Fatima" (the boat's former name) abandoned in the port of Saint-Raphaël, he brought the boat to Marseille and restored it at an associative boatyard, where he met Margo, a young Polish underwater archaeologist-photographer and his future wife. After 13 years spent together restoring this ancient war trawler, "Le Don du Vent" took part in the Brest old gaffer in 2002. The Red Cross then chose the boat as its ambassador of peace, and it completed a 4-month voyage throughout the Mediterranean. The encounter between "Le Don du Vent" and the MP Greeters is no coincidence...*
The story of the Ricard company, founded in 1932, is totally unique. For nearly a century, the Ricard name has been held high by the innovative spirit of just one man: Paul Ricard. Thanks to its many brands, economic performance, social commitment and events policy, Ricard has remained a major economic stakeholder throughout the decades.
